The whole community stands behind the Grandisons. I don't understand why this family should go?! They are contributing so much to the community.

This family has so much to share with our country and I have never meet them. Maybe we can show some compassion for difference.

We fully support this petition for the Grandison family to be given Australian citizenship This family has already shown what a positive contribution they have and will in the future make towards being wonderful Australian citizens We appreciate that the Govt must have procedures for assessing citizenship applications and if the monetary factor of the possible costs of Tom's future care must be taken into consideration then what about the costs of Stephen's medical education and trainning which the British Govt and Stephen paid and the Australian Govt contributed nil. Just what is the monetary value to Australia of having a fully trained doctor arrive free of any costs to Australia

The Sunny Coast needs fine, hardworking people such as these who have a string sense of family and community. Pls allow them to stay.

This family is more able to support themselves far more than 1000's of Australian families who rely more on the Government than this family ever will.

My full support to this family! They are truly the opposite to a 'burden on the government'! This family is contributing more into society than most. Look at what the community will lose if we lose this family. Best wishes to the Grandisons x

Isn't this discrimination, denying due to his Intellectual impairment and seizures and therefore financial burden in future is not fair. Also the family, his brothers are denied for no fault of theirs.

I think this country needs more GP's why on earth do we keep refusing residency to Drs that have kids with disabilities. I'm sure what they give community far out weighs any cost.

Dr Gradison and his family are very valued and respected members of our community. I appeal to the Australian authorities to uphold their Permanent Residency Visa. It is unthinkable that a doctor if this high calibre shall be lost to our community, and the Gradison family should be shown compassion and care. I appeal to all concerned. Thank you. Brenda Barry,.
