I can see the value in having all the members of this family in our community including Tom, embracing and valueing all diversity including disability is how we also learn about ourselves. None of us are perfect, lets not judge others for their imperfections, but embrace them.

We need Steve. I work with him and we are desperate to keep him. Him having a disabled son makes him a special doctor, with invaluable insight and empathy, and a bonus for our community.
