Brilliant... If only all doctors were as good as Stephen. He is caring and full of empathy, a very appropriate sense of humour when required and a gentleman. As a GP his approach to practising medicine is excellent (and I've seen enough of them); there is no one else I'd rather have attend to my entire family's health matters. Clearly others feel this way too. Now why would our government go and do something as silly as remove someone so entrenched in the goodness of our society? Plus the geezer's a Brit like me so he’s gotta be good ;).

When are the Australian Government going use common sense. They are losing well trained experienced people. Just make an agreement for a special bond to be in place or a trust to cover all expenses. Then Tom would not be a burden on the country in his later years.
We have heard very positive comments re Dr Grandison. We wish him and family to stay in Australia

Stephen is a wonderful doctor, very through and caring, he has a great depth of medical knowledge and he and his family should be allow to immigrate as they have already shown that they have the "Aussie spirit", and will be wonderful citizens.

How can the government justify this decision when we need good doctors in Queensland and families who make such a commitment to their local community. These people need to be encouraged and supported to stay here.
