Support the Gower Deli’s Request to Extend Opening Hours

Please reconsider your decision to turn down the application to extend hours at The Gower Deli. This is a wonderful enterprise and deserves the full support of the City and County of Swansea.

I believe all the businesses in Pennard should be able to operate on a level playing field. I fully support this appeal and the application to extend opening hours to provide a valuable service to residents, locals and visitors alike.

I’d use it with extended hours.

The deli is a huge addition to the village, with no noise issues, as can be proven from the current Thursday evening openings. Having extended hours on Friday and Saturday, plus other ad hoc evenings will enhance the village options for us residents and we fully support this appeal.

Always a great place to pop into with fabulous food and never seems to be any inconvenience to anyone close by. Longer opening hours can only bring greater things for the village where we love to pop to as often as possible

The Gower Deli is a fantastic business owned and run by a passionate and very talented gentleman in Christos. It is a great asset to the village of Southgate and should be supported by both residents and council members. Far too many small businesses suffer from mindless and unnecessary bureaucracy and red tape. I hope the members involved will see sense, and allow Christos the extension requested which will allow the business to thrive, whilst providing an additional high quality eatery for the residents of Swansea and the surrounding areas
