Beer garden please

If we want our community to prosper, we need a vibrant and diverse downtown. I understand some of the hesitation from residents. But choosing to live in the heart of downtown's commercial zone comes with some sacrifice. Reno needs this to continue our theme of cultural maturation. I support it!!!

Downtown needs this redevelopment.

If residents are concerned about noise and parking in a downtown area, they live in the wrong place. We want and need an alive downtown with people entertaining themselves.

As a cook I value this. As a city, Reno needs this to incorporate culture amongst many other things.

I work near this lot that sits vacant. No parking, just dirt in a prime location that would undoubtedly bring value to the other shops and development. A handful of folks may have to reevaluate their desire to live in a downtown setting but the value to Reno's culture and diverse offerings is precedent to their fears. In my humble opinion, of course.

It's projects like this that are going to take Reno to the next level. Downtown has major momentum right now, please, let's not regress and let this amazing opportunity to create something truly unique slip by.

I love to see Kirk and Phil bringing exciting projects to downtown Reno. This lot has been vacant for some time and I would love to see more positive rehabilitation in downtown. Best of luck and looking forward to stoping by.
