Great idea that would support a positive scene for Reno. Supports food truck vendors along with local beverage distributors. Gets rid of the gravel pit eye sore that exists now

This is long overdo in Downtown Reno. The success of similar community spaces & beer gardens in larger cities has proven to make a positive impact, revitalizing neighborhoods & bringing opportunity. I firmly believe this will be overwhelmingly positive for the Reno community at large.

As the developer of this project, we are excited to provide a unique and dynamic space that provides a multi-functional venue in the heart of downtown. This project will undoubtedly drive creative development in our city and help revitalize the downtown area. We feel it will be beneficial to neighboring businesses in the Truckee River corridor and downtown as a whole.
