If you can consider an application for a MacDonalds in Prenton when there’s an overwhelming objection. Please have serious thought for the number of homeless we have as well as a major social housing issue when the building sits derelict.

Much needed housing and in keeping with the other modern developments popping up around the area. Old building don’t last forever - very expensive to run I imagine and as mentioned more families in affordable housing

Anybody ready to fire with negativity, first please read the planning application throughly!! Instead of being selfish and wanting a pretty building to look at (and not use) why not think of the occupants of said building and the running costs involved.
Where was you all to petition against the ghastly monstrosity that is the apartment blocks that have ruined your view just by New Brighton train station?? Or the flats built by magenta ? The planning application shows you that actually the new development will be almost on level with what is there currently.
Just do some fact checks first people! Maybe whilst your there enjoy the lovely food and service that they have to offer too, seen as your so keen to keep it open

Please support this petition as it will help my family at a crucial time. This will allow my dad who has served this community for 30 years to finally retire and give us time to spend peacefully as a family. Thank you
