Teleworking professional engineer, three students, remote fitness instructor, to state a few in my family. The current broadband situation with our kids in remote learning is overloaded and inadequate to support basic needs. Not to mention the price for 1+ second latent satellite is ridiculous. Please help us fully join society and support the tower rezoning.

I am a real estate agent and foothills resident. We need better internet service up here and if that means a few towers, that is worth it!. As a 30-year professional, I believe it absolutely will NOT affect property values in any negative way. In fact, I can attest that several buyers looking to buy in the foothills limit their searches and the communities they will consider looking for a home in because of internet service. This is a good thing for Clear Creek residents!

We have owned property in Clear Creek County for 25 years. We enjoy everything Clear Creek County has to offer. Our children were born and raised here. As a teacher, the pandemic has brought significant changes to education. My wife has worked in downtown Denver for years, this pandemic has given her the opportunity to be home and closer to the kids. Online schooling and remote work environments necessitate the need for high speed internet. Without this basic need, properties in areas in Clear Creek County lose value. The county needs the tax benefits of increased property values. We must do our best to meet the basic needs of our citizens. Without the ability to access high speed internet people will leave the county. Having a group like Clear Creek Broadband set up to meet our needs makes this an urgent necessity. We have the opportunity to take advantage of this now, this might not be an option in the future. I recommend approval of the the towers to provide high speed internet for Clear Creek County.

These towers aren’t very noticeable compared to the ones I see hanging on the sides of people’s houses. We need this in our area for the children to get an education. I’m tired of my children missing classes due to inadequate internet in our area

The following indicated by quotation marks was previously sent to the county commissioners, et al. Since sending this I met with one of my cardiologists who suggested that I purchase a watch that has the capability to process my own EKG that can be sent VIA EMAIL to him or other cardiologists to cut the time it takes to diagnose future heart troubles by hours. Of course this needs a reliable email system. "The captioned has requested that the taxpayers of Clear Creek County contact you concerning the lack of approval for the construction of 3 towers defined under the captioned permit numbers so that the residents of eastern Clear Creek County can have the internet available at a reasonable cost. As a retired couple my wife and I use the internet to contact our health providers. After a cardioversion, 2 heart ablations, cataract surgery on each eye and surgery for a detached retina in my left eye, I need contact with the various doctors who conducted these procedures and the internet is the quickest method both thru the internet or telephone.
Presently, I am forced to use a satellite service that charges me $158.90 so that I can download 25 mbps. Clear Creek Broadband, LLC wants to charge me $70.00 for 50 mbps. Twice the mbps for over 100% less.
The owners of the property on which the towers will be located are agreeable to this project.
As a result I am respectfully requesting that the construction of the 3 towers required to provide internet service to eastern Clear Creek County be approved."

The values of the homes in the neighborhoods this tower will serve are being negatively impacted by the absence of broadband. Those with school aged children cannot access online remote classrooms, telecommuters cannot work from home, and property values are being negatively impacted.

I own a residence in Evergreen, Co (in Clear Creek County). I purchased in 2016 and tried to acquire CenturyLink Internet; but I was refused as they claimed to not have any additional, available bandwidth. I was forced to buy Hughes Satellite Internet which is expensive, not reliable, slow speeds, and capped for data, monthly. It is impossible for me to work from home or my daughter to remote learn during this Pandemic using Hughes Satellite. My family is in urgent need of Clear Creek Broadband (CCB) in order for me to keep my job and my daughter to competently complete her 7th grade school year. This is a must. not a nice to have. Anyone who doesn't understand this must live somewhere else, like Lakewood, where they have reliable Internet options. Not supporting CCB is being irresponsible and out of touch with their community's needs. This decision has impact immediately and for time to come, as no younger generations will choose to invest their money in an area that is not online. More importantly, Healthcare and education may go to remote health, learning for many years to come, making this a life and death situation for many. I implore people to approve CCB towers ASAP!

Dear Clear Creek County Commissioners - This is not decrease the local property values. If anything it will increase the property values. I have friends and clients that live in the general area and have voiced concerns over not proceeding with the radio tower.

As a Realtor and a Clear Creek resident, my opinion is the lack of adequate broadband service has been a significant negative for our area for almost 2 decades now. With "stay at home" orders during the last year I have been required to violate public health policy almost daily to seek adequate internet service to remain in business. My wife, a teacher, and her students are penalized as well. A 30% property value decline is absurd.
