Not only do I have clients in Echo Hills who support the broadband, I too live in Clear Creek and am very aware of the need for better internet services throughout the county. As a realtor, I am acutely knowledgeable about the significance of good internet on home sales, especially during these challenging times. With so many people working remotely, the reliance on the internet has grown immensely. Please offer something better than the slow and most times inefficient satellite internet that is currently the only choice for so many!

Fast internet access is one of the most important/deciding factors for many of my clients looking to buy in the mountains. Working from home via the internet is a necessity these days and I’m asked to check upload and download speeds. Any improvements would help and increase value.

I am a local Coldwell Banker Real Estate Agent. In order to support my income and livelihood I must have reliable High Speed Internet. I have witnessed agents multiple times lose selling a home because the internet service was too slow and unreliable. My Century Link internet is unstable and too slow for my Zoom meetings. This is very frustrating when having to work from home in a Pandemic or otherwise.

I live and worked in a rural area too. Our service is also lackly and buyers are discouraged from buyers with slow service
