This is critical infrastructure which will enhance the lives, livelihoods and property values of residents in the service area. Internet access is as critical a utility as water and sewer these days and many of my real estate clients are unable to even consider a home purchase where reliable high speed internet is not available.

Yes, 1child in HS one in MS we have no choice these days but to home school, Clear Creek please listen to the NEED of High speed internet

We have NO internet since Earthlink discontinued serving this area last September 1st, 2020 and Centurylink is unavailable. In this day and age everything is done via the internet. Not only has life been very difficult over the past months, but can a home with no internet service be sold? (Other than an unreliable and slow satellite.)

Additional broadband services are definitely needed in the Echo Hills neighborhood. I sell mainly mountain properties including Echo hills and I can say for sure that having additional broadband services will increase values. With Covid there are more people than ever working from home.
