Support the Corbin/Post Road Project

As a Darien resident and a local businessman with an office in the center of town - the benefits of this plan greatly outweigh the potential drawbacks. Let's get it done!

This project is incredibly important to our family because our future of living in Darien is depending on it. Growing up in several towns that had a town square and/or center of town brought the community together and created a safe environment for me and my siblings when we were growing up. We love Darien but it lacks a central town area where residents can shop and eat locally. We have found that we are leaving Darien to do most of our shopping and dining out. Furthermore, we are the parents of three very small children and taking our kids out around town is so dangerous due to the busy Post Road that runs through it. It is extremely dangerous so it is imperative we get this project passed and built.

I am very hopeful that this project will come to fruition.

I wholeheartedly trust David Genovese and Penny Glassmeyer to make Darien even better. As a lifelong Darien resident, I cannot wait to see their Corbin Drive development come to fruition.

We are so thrilled for the renovations to Post Road and Corbin Drive! The area and our Town needs this tremendously!

I live at 18 Elm Street and plan on staying in Darien. I wholeheartedly believe this is a plan that will increase tax revenue, improve the village, and most importantly, create a town center that will vastly improve an already strong community.
