It seems that Sam has gone through the safety/legal humps and should be encouraged to continue. Good luck!

Please allow this to happen! What a wonderful way to raise awareness & to feed those who are less fortunate. We should be encouraging kids to be creative & to give back, not squash their efforts because one five year old is having a hard time napping! Enough with the ridiculousness here!

Keep up the good work! You should be applauded that not only are you contributing to your community but you are trying to work out the problems that arise with honor.

One neighbor should not be allowed to derail the good intentions of teen working with and for the benefit of the community.

give Sam an empty storefront in one of Albany's strip malls - there, with the blessing of the city - he can create to his heart's content - give the money to charity - and not deal with TROLL neighbors (or city politics).

Me kids grew up in Albany. This event is one of the reasons why. Shut down the Grinch not the Haunt.

Let's encourage creativity, community service, and practical skills in our kids, not litigiousness.

I work for a haunted house in Pittsburgh, Pa. It's amazing how scaring people can bring them out of reality and into our world. Never let someone or something stop youfrom living your dream! Keep up the good work.

Leave it to one neighbor to suck the life out of Halloween and the charity that this haunt provides. Sam should be commended for his creativity and charity to his community; not hauled into hearings and threatened with "litigious options" by a halloween-grinch of a neighbor.

That neighbor needs to be less selfish. ..his five year old nap time is mo re important than any one else. This kid is doing a good thing...

It is absurd that one complaint out of an entire community is threatening a fun Halloween tradition that does charitable work.
