I was about 13,14 years old going to HYMC. Is a positive organization it kept me off the streets. I believe if this organization will be very beneficial for children, if you can assist Col. Collins in getting proper funding and a secure building or place where these future leaders can go to.
Colonel Collins is an inspiration to many people especially the young kids he has lead many into the right path at the moment when they are in need of a leader or A father model to guide them.,
this is a vital program with noble intentions which the Harlem community sorely needs.

The Harlem Youth Marines have been a positive program for our community youth for more than 3 decades teaching leadership, instilling self discipline, service to others and more. Our veteran organizations have helped maintain our service history, benefit awareness and social networking for all veterans and active service members building an opportunity for an enrichment and respect for our pst and present who have served our community, state and country. These are our organizations in the community who have once been apart of our historic armory who have been displaced. Helping to get them back home is key or at a minimum helping to get them a home in the community.
