Teachers must be rewarded fairly for their expertise and superior college degrees. We will not be able to convince anyone to be a teacher with low level wages. My grandchildren attend TC Schools. Please respect our teachers with a good contract.

Supporting teachers helps children. Tougher schools need more, not less, support, and so do their teachers. Our community has an obligation here, and, in addition, the more we invest now in our children the less we pay in the future on worker training, social services, and, yes, prisons. If we need more resources from the state, let's get them, but let's also find them from within before we take it out on the teachers.

BOTH OF OUR SONS RECEIVED VERY VERY GOOD EDUCATION IN TC GRADUATING WITH HONORS , DID VERY WELL IN PRIVATE COLLEGES AND NOW ARE ENGAGED IN EXCELLENT CAREERS

Seven of our eight children graduated from TCAPS. I can't say enough good things about my kid's experience in school from elementary through high school and beyond. Our awesome teachers played a significant role in the success of our kids providing them with excellent mentorship as well as education. My kids had such a positve experience in TCAPS due to our wonderful teachers!! They deserve to be compensated for their worth!!
