There is currently no infrastructure in place to support high density housing in the Suzuki property. If construction were to happen, it ought to be limited to single family homes.

The aquifer recharge is of great significance as is the loss of wildlife habitat and diversity. Please keep current zoning for no more than 30 houses in this area.

The Grow community a block East of the proposed Suziki development is a good example of why high density projects are a bad idea. The Grow community is an UGLY BLIGHT on the landscape; increases traffic and congestion, sub-standard quality construction that will not stand the test of time and no respect for green space and the environment. (mowed down every tree on the property!) The Suzuki property was a gem...now it's a pile of dirt. If you are going to develop the property do so in a responsible manner. Quality, lower density family homes that hold value and maintain property values in the community and harmonize with the environment.
