If the best option of leaving Suzuki undeveloped is not a choice, then please minimize the impacts on our island with this option.

Having it as a park to benefit those who live nearby is the best solution and the park district is willing to manage it.

For all of the reasons listed plus my concern that the City keep in mind "the BIG picture" and further development will bring to this Island down the road in time. The environmental impact must be given factual, thorough, thought. Please give consideration to a moratorium.

The lot should either go to the school district or be part of the park system. It is not a good area for high density housing.

This location seems very poorly suited for a high-density project. Would love to see this property support adjacent schools, aquifer recharge, and pedestrian/bike trails. Let's not be short-sighted regarding development.

No More density! We need to say no to the developers-money is not as important as preserving out land, forests and water supply.

I oppose high density development on the Suzuki property because of negative environmental impact and the increased traffic and congestion.

The Suzuki property is not the right place for more high density housing. Please listen to your constituents and do the right thing for the island.

To even think about sacrificing any more virgin forest and ponds by cramming 30 houses into this area borders on the insane. This land is more valuable to the rest of the community and the wildlife who live here, than the developers who would line their pockets with our loss. Start listening to your constituency, we are more than realtors, builders, and mortgage brokers. Shame.

Please protect our Island from further high density building. Climate Change is happening and we need our water protected.
