Stanford's growth is like a cancer.

Stanford in general does an excellent job in its overall planning, architecture and landscaping. However, I also think there needs to be a set limit to its growth. In particular I strongly support keeping the Stanford hills as permanently open and reasonably accessible space. RCP

In favor of time extension to allow more opportunity for community involvement pertaining to Stanford's EIR.

Traffic in Palo Alto now intolerable. We cannot support any more development at Stanford.

Menlo Park already has 80% cut through traffic, mainly from Stanford, which impacts kids being able to just bike and walk to school safely through otherwise quiet residential streets.

May be too little , too late, already way overdeveloped. Local governments need to steer growth (population) and development away from the greater bay area and towards areas that need jobs and are not yet too overcroweded, Eg. the Central Valley. Facebook is ruining Menlo Park. As is Stanford and other big employers.

Palo Alto is already plagued with difficult traffic and affordable housing dirth. This expansion will make a difficult situation untenable

Why not open a satellite campus in a less dense area, like Sacramento

Our community cannot accommodate the growth that STANFORD is planning. Our roads, schools, parking, housing public facilities are already strained. Please stop this pattern of growth without forethought.

Stanford's "asks" need to be considered in the context of all the other recent growth "asks" hitting our governing authorities - Facebook in Menlo Park, Google in Mountain View and San Jose, Castilleja in Palo Alto, demolishing Tied House and Chez TJ in Downtown Mountain View for an office building, the Stanford Hospital expansion in Palo Alto, just to name a few. Not to mention the housing needed for all the new residents these developments will bring. And did I forget to mention that some experts say we live in a drought-prone state with limited water supply needed for all this growth? (This is NOT "fake news".)

Our few open spaces and parks need to b preserved for future generations. L Stanford would not want every bit developed.

I live in Cupertino but care about Bay Area as a whole. We need to take into consideration infrastructure before allowing massive developments; otherwise, quality of life will be impacted very badly.

The proposed amount of development is outrageous!! It will damage our environment. Water to support even a small amount of it is not available requiring extreme sacrifice of all south Bay Area residents. Trees will not be able to be watered so our trees cape will die. If the university needs to expand they should establwish a second campus outside of the Bay Area.
