There is not a SINGLE NEGATIVE thing that can come from have an SRO in our schools! I see the positives every single day working for a neighboring school district and sharing my classroom with our amazing SRO! I pray Easthampton takes off their ignorance lenses and makes the best choice for The majority of our student. An ally, a mentor, a safe space, a positive role model a police officer with a heart for youth and a heart of service.

The principals and asst principals want this. Head of school Dr. Pasquini wants this. Dr. LeClair wants this. Please make it happen. Our students need this RESOURCE ; we cannot afford to pass on it and deny students support!

For me, I always loved having an SRO available… if you have the right SRO, it’s perfect for the kids and school.

Officer Allen Schadel was the best! Everybody loved him in my time at the old EHS, to even fathom that debating this program is a thing, is ridiculous. It adds extra security and shows children that police are not the enemy. Former easthampton resident for 90% of my life
