I don't even understand the government anymore, not that I ever did, but this is ridiculous! Many people sell homemade soap to get money to live off of and you want to take that away from them?

Ridiculous waste of time for them to pick on people just trying to pay bills making soap in their own kitchens! focus on real problems instead and leave small shops alone.
