My family and I have just start to coming to these beautiful beach the last 2 yrs and would hate not being able to return.

We have been coming to Virginia beach area for 43 years. The last 20 or so have been at Sandbridge. We've celebrated a lot of special family occasions there. We've watched many many beautiful weddings on the beach. Don't stop this.

Our family comes to Sandbridge because the house can accommodate our extremely large family. We had my sisters wedding rehearsal dinner at the beach house and it allowed everyone in the family, young and old, generous spaces for their needs.

My son had his wedding in Sandbridge. We had off site parking and arranged a van driver and had no complaints from neighbors. I understand that some of these events have been out of control and restrictions need to be enforced.

I have enjoyed watching a wedding party on the beach and don't understand why anyone would oppose such special events.

We love vacationing in Sandbridge so much we now live in VA Beach, and still rent a house in Sand bridge evert summer!

I am not in favor of a large venue being built but see no harm in the large private homes being used for special personal events. We did notice a very large beachfront home one block north from the main road in. I wouldn't want to see a lot of those extremely large properties

I have attended a couple of weddings in Sandbridge, and it's a beautiful, romantic location for a wedding. It's also fun to walk to beach and stumble upon a wedding!

When my husband and I booked our first vacation in Sandbridge with a group of family and friends everyone jumped at the chance to go. Now people are asking me if they can get in on the trip. I started booking this trip every other year, but they want to do it every year now. My family and friends love the area and it's diversity of things to do. Even though we don't hold special events YET, I have sons that expressed in getting married on the beach, and my husband and I tossed around the idea of celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at Sandbridge and renewing our vows. It would be a shame if that was taken away. We love the big Luxury Homes that is one reason why we love this destination. For us it's about keeping our family close. You can't do that in a hotel or a bunch of condo's and bunglow's.

We celebrated my parents 50th anniversary in Sandbridge. It was extremely special and meant so much to my family. My Dad passed away 9 months later.
