Special event homes is NOT what is being questioned by us long time beneficiaries of beautiful Sandbridge...BUT hotel like structures that accommodate hundreds of guests with little oversight. Very disappointing of Sandbridge Realty to encourage this - but, as we know, money talks. Shame on you all.

celebrated our daughter's oceanfront wedding on the beach. the house we rented for the weekend accommodated families of both the bride and groom as well as the bridal party. it was a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time in one location for all of the wedding festivities. strongly in favor of keeping special occasion rentals in sandbridge!

It is incomprehensible that a vacation community, that by its very nature is for special events, would even consider banning such events. I heartily support continuation of special memories!

My family has vacationed here every year for the last 26 years. It's a beautiful place to celebrate special occasions and we have witnessed many weddings at the beach for us the biggest issue was when the condos were out in place it takes a little
Bit away from paradise.

Loved being able to have our wedding there. Witnessed a wedding the day before also. Neither of us bothered anybody and were very respectful of the homes we stayed in

We have been bringing our children to Sandbridge for years! We love it there. It is one of the only resort towns that is still quiet, private and serene! Please don't let a minority of people change what is so amazing about this place. Sandbridge is about creating memories with your family, whether it is a wedding, anniversary, family reunion or a vacation!

I have been to sandbridge 2x and it's a wonderful place n the people are friendly.I like the private beach as well.The Second time down there was awesome but we just had some issues with the Beachhouse we stayed at other than that I would visit there anytime .
