I have shot several times at this location which would be perfect for this application. So happy to see this unique structure preserved!

This place is amazing! Anything rich in our history deserves a second chance. We shouldn't have to loose these amazing places due to bureaucracy.

Great business concept - approve this - the Garrett's will make thi a show place and successful! A destination for tourism - that means money for the town!

A beautiful place that would certainly increase tourism which would be beneficial for everyone. A little business competition never hurts the consumer.

I worked for John and Jeannette Dedek when they ran the Fairview Manor back in 2002 and 2003. It was a lovely spot to work and it was always filled with customers enjoying the view and the atmosphere. It would be wonderful to see this beautiful property being used and appreciated once again.

To bad some businesses in Clayton have set bad examples. They promise a gold mine and when they are done Clayton gets the shaft. Hours of operation, noise levels, usage, façade . You know Murphy and his law ? I'm sure our local planning/zoning board will do all that is possible to make this a thriving business and as friendly to the community as possible don't you ?
