I am thankful that this historic property is being preserved and thoughtfully developed. We are fortunate to have the Garret's vision and investment in this River Community.

I personally see no reason to not grant the required variances to allow the Garretts to continue with this venture..It can only enhance the nature of hospitality and tourism in the thousand island region..Respectfully,, William R Martle.

I support the Garrett's in there quest to open up this beautiful place because I think it will be something great to do for everyone not just people in Clayton but all of us and will bring more money into the Clayton area which is always good.

It is nice to see a building that has such a wonderful past be revived to better then when it was new. The building sat vacant and was falling apart before the Garrett's bought it. Now the Garrett's want to open it to the public and create a place for the public to enjoy. It will be a place for the local people and tourist to come and spend time and money which is great for the community.

The previous owner had a restaurant and held weddings and events. I think the "new and improved" facility is a wonderful addition to Clayton. Good for the Garret's for restoring and revitalizing a beautiful spot for all to enjoy!

Really?!? When it was already a restaurant that sold alcohol, why would the zoning be a problem?
