It's thrilling to see this property rejuvenated. Where I applaud the planning review process, I agree with the Garrett's project to proceed. In this instance, it was previously a restaurant and open for events; and there are several commercial enterprises nearby. If the concern is noise, then let's address the noise with appropriate restrictions.

Clayton has prospered because they have adapted and allowed responsible investment in their community. I live in Alexandria Bay and we are locked time because our unwillingness to change leaders or ideas. People of Clayton know better change the law and give the power to review project to your local boards.

This is a super4 venture and needs to be supported. It will further enhance the growing Clayton economy. It is a great compliment to the Harbor Hotel, and other neighboring venues.
