Support Rt.15 Widening

No matter what happens, traffic on 15 will only get worse.

I live in Lucketts and fear for my family's safety due to the risk of head on collision and lack of emergency lanes.

Why are we still fighting for something so desperately needed for the safety of our community?

I support all methods for widening and improving route 15 in both directions from point of rocks to Battlefield parkway!

I fully support the rt 15 widening and WESTERN bypass away from homes in lucketts and the elementary school. The western bypass will not interfere with the wetlands and keeps traffic away from people and my backyard!!!!

We have used 15 to go back to PA for last 6 years, the traffic seems to increase every time we go.

We love living in Lucketts and in Loudoun but widening and redesigning Rt 15 has to be done. It is not optional. The afternoon traffic is ridiculous, and you take your life in your hands every time you have to turn left onto 15. Turning left from Wilt Store or Newvalley Church is insane. There are accidents on 15 constantly. The widening, roundabout and bypass design ideas already provided to the community are clearly what is needed. It is the job of the Supervisors to listen to the voices of the whole community and decide for the largest benefit for all, not just to listen to the small number of special interest groups with the loudest voices. We support businesses like the Old Lucketts Store and do not want this area to lose its beautiful, rural character - but the area has long reached a tipping point where the current state of 15 is no longer tenable. This project has to be done, and yesteday.

Route 15 is not safe and should be widened to Point of Rocks.

This is long overdue. Another fatality today, 12/9.

Another accident on 15 this morning and missed by 2 minutes. Or I would have been stuck in traffic trying to take my kids to school.

Rt. 15, as it is right now, is unsafe for my family. The only solution is to widen Rt. 15 north of Leesburg. To do otherwise is political malfeasance.

Please widening Route 15 all the way north to the bridge that crosses into Maryland.

Living off 15 can be a nightmare. Moving here from out of state, I had no idea how difficult it would be to get anywhere. There aren't enough alternate routes to avoid traffic or accidents. Widening 15 would definitely help.

Something has to be done to make 15 more tolerable
