The congestion on Wabash Ave. and in our driveway creates a situation where additional traffic is unstainable.

We are very concerned about both safety and access to the garage being compromised by the proposed new building & valet service. We have 3 young children and the additional congestion and traffic in the circle drive & surrounding areas is of great concern when we are entering/exiting our building on foot.

Congestion in this area is already high. Circle drive for resident use makes our building safe and convenient.

Both these projects are unsafe and will create congestion around the building.

Totally against having valet parking in our circles a well as a new building on top of our garage. The area is already very congested.

We are in favor of investigating safety issues carefully in light of the aforementioned development projects near our building.

This circle drive is paramount to our fire/ambulance access and safety. This is putting lives at jeapardy.

Alderman Reilly supports the decision to have the 403 building built over our garage based on what was acceptable years ago. Since then the Trump Tower and the hotel across the street have created pedestrian and auto traffic congestion on Wabash Ave. Residents of 405 are living in a non sprinkled building. This added congestion affects our safety, The 403 building as well as a valet service further aggravates the situation. Our turn around driveway at this time is already very congested at times. Police, ambulance service, and fire fighters need to be able to get to people living in 405 as soon as possible should an emergency occur.

The turnaround is a busy place without a building or valet service. It is a fire lane and needs to be kept open. We have enough trouble with this already

This is very inconvenient as it is and it will very dangerous for all residents on 405 N. Wabash. We already have an issue with Buongiorno Restaurant service with their deliveries drivers and taxi service are very neglected when they enter the driveway and very hectic with all the attraction around our location.

Circular driveway has been asset to this building adding value to this property. I amagainst this being used for valet parking for a restaurent.

A building at 403 N. Wabash is a frightening proposition for those who rely on the ramp for handicap-accessible entrance into the 405 N. Wabash building. Will the other option be to ride up the driving ramp? That is not a safe option! The driveway and roundabout is already often packed with cars coming and going, and adding more traffic for valet services would only worsen the situation.

I have concerns that the foundation of 405 will not support the adjacent structure. What assurances do we have to guarantee that 405 will not incur cracks in our walls, floors, ceilings, and pipes?

When we bought this place 20 yrs ago, the circular drive with open space is what got us attracted to buy in this building, The increase in traffic will create very tight and unsafe situation for the residence of this building and their visitors. I oppose to both the projects.

As a long-term resident of 405 N. Wabash and the mother of a toddler, I am appalled at what is happening to the place I've called home for more than two decades. I never would have imagined a building being constructed in the small space that is supposed to become 403 N. Wabash. And while I am not opposed to a restaurant in the building, I do not feel it is safe to have our already-congested driveway be used for valet service. The door staff already have so much to manage with foot traffic and guests of both residents and businesses in the building. Additionally, I am truly concerned about the driveway's ability to handle both projects. Not to mention the millions of dollars we'd spent (wasted?) just 2-3 years ago to reconstruct the driveway!! I strongly oppose both the 403 N. Wabash construction and using the driveway for valet services.

From a point a view, it is hard to believe how we got to the point of the construction over our property. From the other point of view, it can only be explained with the corruption of many people sitting on both Boards of Directors. The residential tower Board has been negligent in preventing this mess and raising a loud voice at the proper time. The Garage Board has been manipulated to the extremes up to the point of taking upon itself the authority to sign releases or permissions that do not compete it. All of this in breach of any fiduciary duty with the compliance of the corrupted city machine, bringing tremendous damage to all of the residential and garage condo owners. Shame on all of responsible ones for this bad and devastating result. You should be prosecuted by law, but you know you rely on the separation of the people and on the fact that most of the residents are reluctant to spend a penny to defend our property values, even if every one is aware of the fact that you have wasted millions in bad management and revisited projects. The last of which, the circle drive for more than 2 1/2 million for nothing at all. The least you would deserve is to be jailed for the rest of your lives! As a point of order, be it know that since I am an owner, up to this time I have not signed any legal consent to build on top of my property, nor have I given carte blanche, or power of attorney to sing any document of any permission, or any release to build on my property. If we live in a State of Law, then there is no law that would consent such an abuse, unless is the law of the mafia, the law made only for and by perfect delinquents.
