I agree with he previous comments. Big NO for the 403 project and for the valet service.

To amplify on my previous comments, I have been on the 405 Board for almost 10 years. Throughout that time I have always been steadfast against the 403 project, And I still am! In 2014 we had a press conference planned showing our opposition to the then proposed hotel at 403. A day before the press conference Alderman Reilly became aware of it and quickly stated that he would introduce an ordinance to ban hotels from that site. That was done and Reilly had basically put out a fire that could have been bad for him, But thereafter with little or not input from residents of 405 he negotiated a deal with Belgravia Development for the now proposed condo. When he did this Belgravia assured him that proper safety and traffic studies had been done. This is not true. Our safety study show significant problems with fire standpipe access. And our traffic study will be even more of an issue. Reilly can be made to change his mind, if we of 405 have the will to make our concerns know. The petition is just the start. Please come to the Board meeting on the 22nd.

Kate: Thank you for your comments, agree entirely! I understand that renters have not received the email notifications that owners have. This is entirely wrong. Anyone who lives in 405 has a deep stake in the outcome of this project. Can you and your friends please come the Board meeting on the 22nd to voice your concerns. There are some Board members who don't have the best interests of the 405 community at heart. They need to hear from you and others. Bill Daniels

Pay for a poster to let all residents know they have a say- this important needs much better marketing!!!! Make it clear- make a free eblast on mailchimp- !!!! Thank you for the hard work but it is going unnoticed by many residents :)

Stop the 403 N. Wabash construction and deny valet service in the circle drive of 405 N. Wabash for the Beacon Tavern.

The 403 building would be a huge safety issue. If you are concerned about this project you need to be present the next 405 Board on March 22. The Board needs to know your feelings about this project and the proposed valet parking.

You have our support as this developments are not good for the residents.

I am against the new building above parking garage. I agree it will cause a safety concern, not to mention extra traffic.

I am extremely concerned about the potential congestion both of these developments could cause and the significant impact it could have on the safety of the residents at 405.

We are very concerned about the 403 building and valet proposal. Limiting access for the fire department to our non sprinkler building is a frightening concept..

I am very concerned about the increased traffic at both the entrance to the circle drive and the entrance to the building. We have small children that would be at risk with more traffic from another building and the valet service. As a mechanical engineer, I also believe the structural integrity of the garage with an added 16 stories also seems like an unacceptable risk for a garage built in the 1970s.

I'm against the construction of the building above the parking area and the valet parking. It's going to bring too much congestion, I'm concerned about structural safety, and ability for emergency vehicles to get into the drive.

I am totally against both having a valet parking and bulding of the codominium above the parking area. Please do everything that these will never happen!!!!

I am concerned about the congestion and structural safety of the building. The increased traffic and congestion will have an impact on the residents especially safety of elders and children and would create congestion for emergency vehicle access.

The congestion & noise to River Plaza residents will be unbearable! I am also concerned about the damage this proposed construction project will have to the structural integrity of our parking area.
