Preserve the sports fields! The benefits are numerous. To name a few: Sports build community. Sports improve quality of life. Sports allow children a place to learn while playing.

Sports teach kids so many positive lessons ... about so much more than just kicking or throwing a ball. Teamwork, how to handle adversity, the benefits of hard work and determination, etc.

These fields are critical to the lives of our two young boys growing up downtown. There are VERY limited options in our area and these fields give them the ability to have a degree of normalcy in their lives.
