As a retired PTSD teacher, I have never worked with a more professional, hard-working, dedicated staff.

As someone who gained his student teaching experience at PTHS, I can attest to the hard work and dedication of all the individuals I encountered. No surprise-- this has translated to success in and out of the classroom for thousands of students before and since my time there. This is not simply about pay; it's about the dignity of and respect for those entrusted to keep this district GREAT. Everyone at USC supports your cause and stands with you.

Quality teachers inspire and grow children into our leaders of tomorrow. I still remember my teachers who took their time to care.

I value the hard work, dedication and expertise that the teachers of Peters Township have demonstrated. I believe that their efforts should be compensated. Teachers are the backbone of our society.

Good teachers are the only hope for this country - the community cannot take this lightly, and should give teachers what they deserve

Binding arbitration arbitration was never proposed. I don't think the board would ever be willing to propose it. Non-binding arbitration rarely resolves the conflict. I mean almost never! The two sides have to WANT to resolve this and I think there are ideologues on the board and in the administration that want to reset the entire labor/management relationship in the district. The board and administration need to show their teachers some respect and come to some reasonable terms and conditions!

i have taught for 34 years in Peters Township. I am proud to work with the younger teachers who bring new ideas and enthusiasm to their jobs. They work many long hours, as do their older colleagues. The teachers deserve a fair and equitable contract,

As a PT teacher, I LOVE my work and I LOVE my community. We are immensely grateful to those of you who continue to support our efforts and recognize that, for us, the stakes are so very high because this isn't "just" a job. I am hopeful that we will all emerge from this with more appreciation than ever before for the allies we have in one another to help our students to thrive.

teachers work hard, they deserve fair pay. I have taught. It is never a short day, students require much more work than even one can do in a 10 hr day. Support the Teachers!
