Teachers are entrusted with the the our most valuable possession. Our children are the future. The teachers in Peters Township continue to do an outstanding job of educating our students. They deserve all the respect and support we can offer.

As an educator myself, and the spouse of one of the dedicated educators in Peters Township, I am in full support of the teachers as they work to obtain a fair and equitable agreement. These teachers have and will continue serve the families of Peters Township in an outstanding manner, but must be able to serve their own families, as well.

The educators of Peters Twp. care about student achievement, their recent test scores reflect that. I support their efforts.

I wouldn't be where and who I am today without great teachers. Who can put a price on their inspirations?

I 100% support these hard-working individuals. Teachers are entrusted to teach, comfort, encourage, and protect your priceless children each and every day. With that, why isn't their service valued just the same? I stand with the teachers of PTSD.

I'm not sure exactly when teachers became the enemy in the teaching and learning process, but TEACHERS HAVE FAMILIES THAT THEY NEED TO SUPPORT, TOO. Peters Township teachers deserve a fair contract that recognizes their advanced educational degrees and effort put into the quality of education in their district.

My children would not be as successful as they are if not for the education of the wonderful teachers of Peters Township School District!!!

I support the PT teachers! Being a teacher is a VERY hard and important job. Teachers work countless hours outside of the school day to provide the best education for children. I am very thankful that I graduated from PT (18 years ago) because it shaped who I am today. I am still impacted by many of the teachers I had at PT.

Beautifully written. Thank you for your support. Updated info from the petition: If your schedule allows, your presence and support of the Peters Township teachers would be greatly appreciated at the Monday, November 16th school board meeting, if you choose to wear blue to visibly show your support, that's even more appreciated. The meeting will begin at 7:30pm, the location may be moved from District administrative offices to the middle school due to the large crowd expected. Thanks so much and please share with other supporters that you know!

Being a senior at Peters Township High School and having a mom who is a devoted teacher, I have so much respect for my educators. They all work so hard and truly love their students. They push me everyday to do my absolute best and want all of us to succeed in not only the classroom but in life. The fact that some people think these wonderful teachers are being greedy or lazy is actually insane. They are some of the most hardworking and dedicated professionals you will ever meet. I mean have you seen our test scores? They are fighting for their livelihoods here. They deserve the world. This is the time to ask the question to those opposing this strike: How much is education worth to you?
