I Absolutely agree with this. I am a school Bus driver and see first hand the struggles families go through when these tragedies happen. i am a proud supporter. God bless all these children, adults and families.

My family members would also like to sign you petition. It is so important to all of those suffering TBI

there are a number of expenses ABI patients incur that are not covered by insurance. Please help fund some of the basic needs they live without because they do not have the money to pay for them. Coordinating the services they need places a real hardship on their family. Just having some place to turn to for information and direction is greatly needed.

I AM an ABI survivor. I NEVER envisioned 2 have this type of disruption 2 my journey as a young college student. This struggle is REAL & doing “ it uninsured” is but by the grace of GOD 2 endure long suffering years. I AM part of the brain injury community as a person that has used my VOICE & experience 2 enlighten those that discriminate, DENY or prejudge what denotes an “ invisible “ disability. So, I pray that the time so overdue will NOW be able 4 us struggling as our brains are “ sacred” but INJURED. Pituitary adenoma survivor & living with a meningoma. Thank you, Sonia Scott

I think it's very important there be a ABI fund like there is a TBI fund because many people who have ABI struggle finacially and need help.

An acquired brain injury is different from a traumatic brain injury and those who suffer from ABI need much more support and funding. I sign in honor of my son who has suffered from ABI for ten years.

As someone who has an Acquired brain injury for nine years now, I can tell you it is very difficult to find help and support services with basically starting life all over again. It is had for others to understand the daily struggles we go through because of course we "look fine" or "look normal" Being able to find help would be such a big help for all of us.

No one alive today is immune from becoming brain injured tomorrow in life! There are many guarantees in life, but no guarantee of life. So unless you have disability insurance. Help your self out to day in creating a fund to support the medically-necessary and non-medical needs of people impacted by acquired brain injury (ABI).
