I only recently had any interaction with Chief Montoya, but I must say he is a very dedicated man. He would do anything for this community. He absolutely loves his job and it shows. My oldest daughter needed to write a paper for her Government class, so she chose to do a ride along with Chief Montoya. He immediately called me after I left a message and informed me that he would come in on his days off just so she could get the information she needed in order to make a good grade. I have seen where he has been at every function that has been held in Hallsville. I have never seen a more involved law man. I really hope the council will just let things be. Why fix it if its not broke??

He is an asset to this community. I have never seen someone so good to the people around him than Paul. I recommend they leave.. when can we vote them out.
