Paul Montoya has done so much for our community. He has been such a huge supporter of this town. This is an outrage. I used to be so proud to be from Hallsville. Now I am disgusted with this cities mayor and city council. He should be reinstated immediately .

This is nonsense. I have known Paul since I was 8years old. He started as my cheer coach and then just became a friend. He is an amazing man and wants nothing but the best for Hallsville!
