Support Paul Montoya's Continued Employment as our Police Chief

Paul needs to come back and be the Police Chief Again.

Paul Montoya has don't nothing but try to make this community a better place. And in MANY people's opinions, he has succeeded. I believe the means for dismissal of the chief were petty and was not viable evidence that he should be terminated.

I believe the community voice should be heard in regards to this decision.

I support him

We moved here over a year ago from a large city. It was refreshing to see someone, such as Paul, lead this community and take pride and ownership of this town. I am now sitting here wondering what the heck is going on and will I regret moving to Hallsville. My son, who is a senior at HISD, went to the town meeting that night as a credit for his college government class. What a surprise, the meeting started early and it was over and done with in a snap. What a topic for his college paper. Come on, pull it together and reinstate Paul.

I just want to support police chief Montoya

I used to work with Paul, and he was one of the few officers who would stand up for what was right regardless of weather it was the popular choice or not.

I used to live in HALLSVILLE and have moved to another state. I cannot see how after all this man has done for the community and now he's resigned because of actions he felt was right?!? Shame on you Mayor!!! YOU need to resign, NOT him!

A great thing is worth fighting for Paul is a great friend,brother ,and role model, I don't know the full story so I won't pretend I do but I know Paul and I know what our city is loosing by "separating" as our elected leaders put it. Just wish the city would say what they mean by it when they say "separation" I mean come on Eitlman a spade is a spade call it what it is!

Today we talk about backing the Blue and Crooked politicians.. Seems the crooked politicians are still crooked and the Blue has less support than needed

He helped get the community back together.

It is obvious how much you mean to the people of Hallsville. I have family that lives there, and have personally seen your dedication to this community. This country needs more people willing to stand up and be the kind of man we all can look up to. God Bless you Sir!

I support Paul. If the problem truly is what the media says it was over- very petty. We love our Chief! Bring him back!
