If you can find the money to revitalize Greensboro's downtown, you can get out of the way of High Point's. Your fiscal exposure is minimal and we need a base that's not furniture related.

With no risk to the county, the only reason for resisting the project is self serving politics for County Commissioners. Voting no will continue the decline in property values, and thus reduced collected county taxes. A yes vote locks in the current tax revenue for the County, and the increase in property value due to the development around the stadium will pay for the stadium construction costs. This is a Win-Win for High Point and Guilford County. Don't be the reason why High Point loses more than $100-million in development dollars. Vote yes on the TIF!
