If I end up with all these extra large wheelie bins in my garden there will be no room for my car!! Then what? Will they provide more parking on the street?

The bins will not accommodate my rubbish if collected fortnightly. Why should I have to drive to Garth Road to get rid of it myself!

I believe that we can recycle more effectively if the Labour Council recycled and disposed of once a week not let it build up every twoo weeks This will no doubt result in more energy being used to dispose of the two week accumulation. ???

this is unsafe and unhygienic no matter if it saves money or not. In summer months the refuse will become very unsavoury if left for 2 weeks.

Save the weekly bin collection.
Do not allow the Labour Council to enforce a fortnightly bin collection!

Another deluded cost-cutting exercise that simply pushes the burden onto the end-user. It's the same as downsizing the police service - it simply pushes the cost of crime on to the victim. It's a disgrace.

endless cut backs on any half decent service we just about get at the moment and now rubbish collection is being reduced too! It's a disgrace for what we pay.

There is nothing wrong with the weekly collection! Talk about spend time and effort on something that no one has asked for. Don’t get me started on having to pay for my Garden waste....not exactly an advert for sustainability!

I have not got space for the bins! Also in the heat the rubbish is going to be very smelly and attract flies.

A thoughtless idea which will leave us with ugly bins and stinking rubbish.

I do not want my rubbish sitting outside the front of my house for 2 weeks. Nor do I want 2 horrible wheelie bins in my small garden

No more plants in the front garden as it will be full of unnecessary bins and boxes. The money should be spent on street cleaning and clearing the weeds.

If two weekly collections happen, it'll be the end of the party Councillors who bring it in...including the independents !
