Please keep the weekly collection and the present bins.
We will be over run with vermin if we keep rubbish. It is a health hazard

We must continue with weekly Collections as no one will remember what is collected when. In addition flytipping will be rife and the feral foxes will think all their Christmases have come at once.

Most residents already have big wheely bins along, for some the brown garden collection bin. I am not all disposed to exhibit these plastic monstrosities in my front garden. Furthermore, my actual bins would become obsolete and I would need to dispose of it. Enough plastic waste don’t you think?

We don't have space for these large unsightly wheelie bins that will blight our pretty road. Meadow Rd does not deserve this.

I use a powered wheelchair. Tuesdays now can be difficult, especially on windy days with bins all over the pavement. Wheely bins, again on windy days, will render the pavement inaccessible! It is illegal to ride a powered wheelchair (4mph max.) in the road. What am I supposed to do?

I have no space for additional large wheelie bins and o not want rubbish rotting and stored on my land. I will also have difficulty handling these large units.

Is completely impractical to assume families will be able to cope with this 2 weekly collection

Wheelie bins are totally unsuitable for our road. Weekly collections so obviously more sensible than fortnightly.

Ludicrous spending all this money on new bins that no one has room to store. As someone who recycles probably 90% of my waste I suspect I will end up putting recyclables in my general waste to get it collected quicker rather than keeping it for next collection date.

I have nowhere to store wheelie bins in my front garden and think they are an eye sore. The whole road will have these ugly bins on display but cannot be expected to keep pushing them back and forth the houses which have no back access. It is not hygienic to have fortnightly bin collection and will encourage flies, pests and foxes in our street.

I have nowhere to store all these large unsightly wheelie bins. Next they will put a massive skip in every front garden and just do annual collections!!

We have enough problems with rubbish already in Wimbledon. This stupid and ill thought out policy, will only make it worse and make our streets look like a refuse collection centre.

Labour don’t care what people in Wimbledon think because they largely live in Morden and see us simply as a source of revenue.

Keeping rubbish uncollected for two weeks will attract even more foxes and rats!

This is a "backward" step. Will our Council tax bills reflect the decrease in collection?
