I do not want these large bins...blocking side entrance to the garden. I am happy with our current services

I do not want or need large wheelie bins and I do not wish to loose weekly collections.

This proposed change is a waste of money and completely unhygienic.

It’s an outrage to leave waste outside for two weeks

By all means introducea new container for recyclable materials, so paper & cardboard is not ruined by rain, but we should retain weekly collections and not be forced to find extra space for large bins.

Providing a good service is what local councils are about. Why are Labour so keen to abandon their residents?

I have a tiny front garden and only a path to my front door measuring 108cm x 168 cm. Where do they propose I keep the huge bins!!!!

Too complicated and ugly.
I anticipate many missed collections and masses of stinking bins.

As I have a bad back it will be difficult to cart heavy wheelie bins through an alley through which wheelie bins will need to go over raised concreted drains. How does the council prevent residents risking their health unnecessarily.
Handling a small light dustbin on a weekly basis does not present me with this problem. I therefore must object to the introduction of these unmanageable heavy containers.

My front garden is not big enough to accommodate these wheelie bins and I think it's important that the rubbish is collected weekly. Another broken Labour promise.

Large ugly bins cluttering the borough, with the sight of recycled rubbish building up in the boxes for a fortnight. This hardly fits in with the Borough's proposed way of dealing with plastic pollution and keeping Merton clean.

It is not feasible or practical and too expensive to reduce bin & recycling collections to 2 week collections.

I would prefer the weekly collection, as I do not have space to keep these monstrous bins, and they look ugly outside the house. We are paying quite high rates and we deserve to have a weekly collection.
