I grew up in this neighborhood and remember the fine shopping center of the 1960s.

i live in Hamilton Hills and there is a house with several Morgan State students on my block. They all came out to help shovel our street yesterday when many neighbors wouldn't. College students can be good neighbors.

If it will build up our area and increase security, then I'm for it.

Why keep the community down if we have the power to bring it back up. We really need it and most important our children need to see something awesome like this anyway!

A consummate project that's poised to offer a truly mixed-use development would not only increase the attractiveness of the project, but also improve our area's walkability and value by reshaping a time-worn development that, for many, is seen as an eyesore. The student portion, with attributes not very dissimilar to Hopkins' Charles Village profile could give the community a new-found development gem. I'd urge all communities to welcome this proposal.

I live 1/4 mile from the Morgan campus and 1/2 mile from the site. Morgan students rent apartments on my block. They are great neighbors! Studious, courteous & responsible. I support including Morgan housing in the development. It would be great to have a revitalized shopping area so close. I would definitely shop there.

Just one more example of how Senator Conway is out of touch with her constituents. It I'd time for real progress in this area.

This development looks fabulous and I cannot imagine why MSU students shouldn't live there.

I grew up around Northwood and that shopping center has always been a problem when i was little and when I attended Morgan. It would completely change the neighborhood in a positive side by creating a safer economic center for students and residents
