This redevelopment of Northwood Plaza is critical to the sustainability of the neighborhood and surrounding communities.
Northwood Plaza has the potential to be a lively and thriving resource for the neighborhood and surrounding communities, including Morgan State, and their students.

Beautiful idea. Towson and Hopkins are both such congested areas. This is a well-organized and timely antidote to the neglect and disrepair that plagues the city (and parts of the county).

This is great plan and a few people are going to destroy it.

As a graduate student at Morgan State and a full time professional that lives in the Northwood area, I would love to be able to support local business growth and economic development within the community, instead of always having to travel to Towson or White Marsh!

As a Morgan State Student and a neighbor of the Northwood Community, I support this ambitious venture! The shopping center is outdated and rundown and can really use a makeover!

This redevelopment is needed to enhance the quality of living in the Northeast area and keep working & middle class families in the city. Not to mention to draw middle classto upper class families to historic Morgan State University as a college option for their children.
