May the plan may not appeal to all for whatever reason. This is a huge improvement and needs to move forward

I love my home! And the place where my parents have planted their roots for over 25 years. So excited for Northwood plaza to be a center of my community.

Empty storefronts, trash, drugs, loitering, stagnant home values, and tax revenue lost to Towson/Parkville shopping. Let's support Baltimore City, its citizens, and its HBCUs. NORTHWOOD COMMONS NOW!

I fully support the redevelopment

I grew up on Lochwood Road BEFORE the the "new" shopping center was built! I've been by recently. It's needs a lot of love. R

As a Morgan alum and former resident of the area, I support the redevelopment. It's a wonderful idea.

I think this will be a great project especially if they can clean up the crime in that shopping center

Please support the redevelopment of Northwoid Plaza as a mixed use development for students and residents.

I'm am tired of traveling to Towson or surrounding neighborhoods to eat at decent restaurants , buy groceries , and etc... We need change in the NorthEast. We deserve to have a better shopping plaza.

I am an instructor at MSU and community resident and Morgan students deserve better. So does NE Baltimore. Redevelop Northwood!

Too many neighborhoods in Baltimore city suffer from lack of good development. There is a great opportunity with the redevelopment of Northwood Plaza to have one less neighborhood on that list. This is important to the community and the city as a whole.

I don't understand the issue here. Students already live directly across the street from this shopping center. The dynamic already exists. If anything, this will create a better environment for ALL involved- neighbors and students. This has my full support.

As a resident of Lakeside/Ednor Gardens I support this redevelopment and believe that communities are improved by a university presence.
