I recently moved into the Ednor Garden neighborhood from Grand Canyon National Park where I was very use to traveling 1 1/2 hours to Flagstaff for shopping. I am not a city person and I seldom drive very far to shop. This would be a most welcome addition to our area!

Please help revitalize this entire area! It needs a center like this so badly. There are many beautiful homes and neighborhoods surrounding this shopping center that could GREATLY benefit from this project.

I am signing this petition as a long-time Waverly resident of Baltimore City who has frequently visited and shopped at Northwood Shopping Center and seen it decline in my 30 years living in Baltimore. It needs true redevelopment and this proposal would vastly help the surrounding communities.

We just honored Morgan students for their role in their desegregation of Northwood Shopping Center. Seems ironic that we may need a modern version of that commitment.

Very excited about the redevelopment of Northwood. I live close by and would love to utilize the area to shop, and would love MSU students to fully benefit opposed to them having to travel to TSU and Loyola... Lastly we need fresh foods, produce and healthier eating alternatives too... I will circulate this petition and encourage others to do so too...

I think this development is a great idea especially for economic purposes. The youth and college students could benefit from employment so close to home. The value of the neighborhood would increase thus boosting interest for potential homebuyers. Let's help bring our community to another level

We can't miss the opportunity to save a failed auto-centric mall and put this area on solid financial footing while also leveraging the benefits of Morgan State as an institution.
I live along Falls Road not far from the plaza and we need more high density development in North Baltimore that can leverage investments in better bus service, too.
