Please do everything you can to upgrade Northwood Plaza. It is a filthy eye sore. This Community wants and deserves better. The surrounding neighborhoods do not like the liquor store. It attracts drug addicts who burglarize our homes and cars.

Fantastic Improvement....I am a long term resident of the area 53yrs. 47yrs in Original Northwood. We definitely need this redevelopment.

Just moved to the neighborhood and had no idea this was in the works. Love the area, and would love the convenience of walking to shops, services, and restaurants!

I believe the Northwood Plaza Shopping Center renovation project could indeed be an economic step forward for Northwest Baltimore as well give hope to the community that progress can be achieved for the good of all those who desire Baltimore to move towards economic equity in neighborhood development.

Have lived in this neighborhood for 25 years. It has gone downhill ever since. Very happy to see Morgan's redevelopment of eastern end. Let's bring the rest of the center up to par. Students are not the problem. Sketchy, non-monitored shop fronts attracting shadow types are. Please, please, please approve these plans.
