I absolutely support the Northwood redevelopment plan. Morgan students are the jewel of Baltimore and serve as a critical asset for what will be the beginning of the Baltimore Renaissance: Northwood Plaza Redevelopment.

Definitely don't want to see the plaza transformed into highrise sight which will increase the already high volume of traffic on Clark Avenue and take away stores which have been there since I moved into the neighbourhood and I depend on along with seniors in the neighbourhood who have easy access to the area.

Upton, I support redevelopment. I have family located near the shopping center.

Morgan is the center piece of the area. They should build around it.

I live in Beverly Hills and support both college housing and a better Northwood Plaza. I hope to shop there once new stores arrive

I concur with L. Brown's Senior Housing Aspect and support the proposed project as a whole!

I would prefer it if the apartment are for mixed use; upper class students, visiting professors, seniors & general population

This would be a wonderful addition to the community. This area has so much potential. It is time for the city to encourage these projects to spur growth in the city. It is shameful that the Senator is not looking at the bigger picture.
