The FOP has been against him all along, this is just a smear campaign to get rid of him. He is an upstanding person and a good chief. You will not find a better man.

He has done so much for the police department. He has dedicated his time and energy to make it what it has become today. The communities should be proud to have him in charge. Sounds to me someone is jealous of his success and doesn’t like their police force to be one of the best. The commission should be ashamed of themselves to cause all this chaos to Chief Horner and his department.

We attended National Night Out and my children had an amazing time! The Northern Berks officers were wonderful and personable which means they must have good leadership ( Their Chief ). They also enjoy the presence of Northern Berks in the Community. McGruff being there the first day of school was so fun for them! It seems we’re a better and safer community that shows the value of family.

I worked with Brian years ago when I was a patrolman with Maidencreek-Ontelaunee Police. He was always ‘community first’ and learned a lot from him that helped me in my career. Stay strong Chief!

I support and am grateful for Chief Horner. Working in Blandon, I always feel safe when working late knowing there are police on duty. This is a great department! I wish they covered Centre township.
