The work that Chief Horner and his team does in our area, far outweighs the past. They are everywhere, involved in the community, and have a strong presence to protect and serve Northern Berks. In a time filled with social media, strong opinions, and everyone watching, he has done a great job. Thank you, chief. Many of us sleep safe at night knowing you and your team are on watch.

I've worked with Brian for many years as a member of the media. He's a wonderful individual that I'm very fond of. He's not just some Chief that I interview, he's a friend, and what's being done to him is a travesty.

Brian has continued and even stepped up the police presence on 61 and 222. His people are by and around the schools and the bus routes. Many individuals do not understand that traffic stops reduce burglaries. Look at Crimemapping.com and compare it to the neighbors of NBRPD. NBRPD is doing what matters most thanks to Chief Horner.
