One of the most respected Police Chiefs in Berks County. To bad when you have 2 or 3 bad apples both active and retired on the force who are BUTTHURT CLOWNS! Be the adults you are and stop trying to hurt the Chief integrity!

Chief Horner deserves all the support. He is dedicated, loyal, honest to his department and the community he serves! He takes pride in his job and works damn hard at it. The ones who don’t like accountability and to work should take some pointers!! He is someone to look up it! The truth will come out. Personal vendettas will not win! #backtheblue

Brenda Horner - I always have and will continue to support Chief Horner as I know firsthand the dedication, commitment, loyalty and integrity he has and continually shown during his 30+ years as a Police Officer, Detective Sgt and now Chief. I don't believe anyone really understands the amount of pride, joy and gratitude it gives him to serve and protect the citizens of Maidencreek, Ontelaunee and Leesport. He has always treated criminals, coworkers and citizens as he would want to be treated. He has always strived to be the best and to do the best that he can. His dedication to the police department and officers is sincere and he would never ask or expect anyone of the officers to do anything less than he expects of himself.

I do not know what prompted this suspension, but whar I do know from people I have spoken to, the Chief has done an outstanding job. These OFFICERS put their life on the line everytime they report for duty. If this is a witch hunt, then shame on you. Ruffling feathers is part of the job, like it or not. Good luck Chief, just to let you know the Meadowbrook development supports you

I support chief Horner. When moving from Fleetwood to Blandon 1 1/2 years ago, one of the first things I noticed was the increase of police presence. I know my children are safer walking to and from their bus stop with Horner as chief.

I’ve known Brian since 2008 and he’s been a very good friend to me and family. He’s always been extra nice and would do anything for you. I find it very hard to believe that this thing has happen.
