In my 17 year Law Enforcement career, I’ve never met a more honest and committed man, Chief, friend, and mentor than Brian. I’ve known Chief Horner over 20 years and would trust him with my life in which I have on several occasions. He’s loyal to his service and takes his oath seriously. It would be a huge loss to the community if he wasn’t Chief. Thank You.

I think you may see me at some Maidencreek Township meetings. I didn't realize what a circus Fielder is creating. I THOUGHT I was proud of my township. I guess I wasn't paying attention.

This is a vindictive case. Ms. Fielder has a problem, she thinks she runs the dept. not the chief. As for David, nobody eants him around. He only showed up after Fielder was the police commissioner from Maidencreek.
