We are just as essential as fire and police, we should be compensated equivalently.

This needs to happen

It's long overdue that EMS has equitable access to pensions as first responders. This physically demanding job requires such access due physical and psychological burden of the job.

I support this petition.

As a paramedic for the last 34yrs. This bill is way overdue. I feel confident that we as EMS providers work much harder than either PD/FD and deserve equal pay and benefits.

As a previous first responder, I was proud and loyal to my community and now we this petition to be approved.

Please pass this bill it will benefit all of us in EMS

first responders should receive top-tier care. They go out every day to risk their lives and health for the community. They deserve to have peace of mind when it’s time to retire

Please pass this much needed bill. Time that EMS took the well deserved place right next to PD & FD in NJ. Time that New Jersey respected EMS -- you'll want us when you're ill!

Paramedic for HMH. I hate that I run calls with other EMS and Fire and Police yet I have to 100% pay fr my own retirement putting myself in the same category of worker.

Please these citizens are saving lives everyday. They deserve the best we can give them.

EMS needs to be recognized as an essential service like fire and police are.
