Support NJ Bill A4364: Fair Retirement for EMTs & Paramedics

Public Safety PERS is long overdue. Do the right thing

It is past time to include EMS professionals in a responder pension program the same as fire and law enforcement members. The earned it and deserve it.

This should have been done along time ago!! EMS workers deserve this as much as others!!!

25 years EMS service in NY/NJ. This is the right thing to do, finally.

EMT's give unselfishly of their time and talents to serve, please support them after they served their time.

Although I work for a municipality and am enrolled in a PERS PENSION (Which understandably is better than nothing), It pales in comparison to what police and Fire pension offers. I’ve been an emergency services for 38 years and the subject has stagnated for far too long. The urgency and importance of this topic need to be at the top of the list for improvement. With the type of work that is expected of all emergency services, to expect 1/3 of that group to have to work well into their 60s or 70s after working 30 to 40 years is unacceptable.

This type of bill should have been passed years ago.

We should be taken care of after we take of others

Time for ems to be recognized as an emergency server like police and fire.

This is an important bill that will change the lives of public service workers that give so much and receive so little.

I support this bill for EMS workers.

As a career FF/EMT our EMS colleagues deserve the same that fire and police have.

These heroes deserve an equitable retirement

This Bill is past due for EMTs in this state!

Our EMTs and paramedics devote their time, training and professionalism to caring for our communities. They deserve our support.

They are hard working and needed personnel and deserve a retirement as everyone else

Our jobs just as hard just as dangerous but we need to do it to 65! When they only have to do it to 25 years of service! Say by to PERS and switch us to PFRS
